TWO-TONE:

RETURNS
We want you to love your CENDRÉ items, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund on your purchase. Our returns policy is for 30 days from the delivery date (for both domestic and international orders).

Please note, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons so please choose carefully. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

All CENDRÉ pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase, subject to proof of purchase. This warranty applies to new pieces only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling or general wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be submitted through our returns portal by selecting ‘Item is damaged’. You will be prompted to upload photos of the item and provide a description of the fault. Once your claim has been submitted, our team will review the details and contact you via email with the next steps.

Where a fault is determined to be covered under warranty, we will assess the most appropriate resolution on a case by case basis. Depending on the nature of the fault, the available resolution and your country of residence, this may include reimbursement of reasonable repair costs, a refund or a replacement. Our team will advise you of the most suitable resolution for your circumstances and work to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have your piece repaired or replaced if it fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
