Does Your Jewellery Have A Warranty?
We stand by the quality of our pieces and offer peace of mind with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, with proof of purchase. It covers new pieces only and excludes damage from misuse or wear.
Warranty claims must be submitted via email, and we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Cendré offers digital gift cards, making gifting effortless for the woman who has everything.
Digital Gift Cards are sent within 30 minutes to the email address used during checkout. If you require the Digital Gift Card to be sent to the recipient directly, we recommend using their email address at checkout. You can choose which denomination you’d like to purchase on our Digital Gift Card product page, ranging from $25AUD to $500AUD.
Our Digital Gift Cards have no expiry date and no additional processing fees. Digital Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.

How Can I Resize My Watch?
Cendré watches feature our hallmark attraction of resizable or interchangeable design, ensuring a perfect fit for every wrist and a comfortable, tailored wear.
All of our metal band watches come with a sizing tool for you to resize and make adjustments as needed.

Need to interchange your leather band?
Please Note: Our interchangeable leather bands are currently only compatible with our Kelly, Bridgette & London watches.
Custom Resizing: If you’d like to request resizing be done prior to dispatch of your order, contact us at the time of purchase and we can help at no extra charge.
Please note, during peak seasons our custom resizing feature may cause slight delays with your order being dispatched.

What's The Difference Between 14k & 18k Gold?
Our 14k gold offers a softer, cooler-toned glow, while our 18k gold has a richer, warmer finish.
Both are plated on premium stainless steel and crafted for everyday wear – the difference is purely tonal.
Is there a price difference between 14K and 18K pieces?
No — both finishes are priced equally. We’ve been intentional in maintaining cohesive pricing across our range, so you can choose the tone you love without compromise.
Though it might seem there should be a difference, the production process for 14K and 18K plating is essentially the same, and the cost difference doesn’t impact overall pricing. When designing our collection, it was important to us that every variant within a style—whether plated in 14K or 18K gold, stainless steel, or paired with various leather straps—is priced consistently.
This approach lets you select your preferred finish purely on style, making the experience effortless and inclusive. We believe in giving you the freedom to choose what you truly love—without hesitation.
Are these pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Cendré jewellery is hypoallergenic and crafted on premium stainless steel — chosen for both its durability and skin compatibility.
Caring For Your Pieces
How Do I Care For My Jewellery?
To maintain their finish, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth after wear.
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, and avoid contact with water or harsh chemicals.

Can I Swim Or Shower With My Jewellery Or Watch On?
The nature of gold and silver plating means you need to take extra care when wearing gold-plated and silver-plated jewellery. It's important to remember that all metal is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually oxidise, fade or require expert maintenance in its lifetime.
We at Cendré would recommend you remove your jewellery when exercising, washing your hands, showering, swimming or doing anything that involves moisture.
Contact with liquid may cause oxidisation or discolouration. In other words, when there's liquid there should be no wear. For more information regarding jewellery care please refer to our Jewellery & Watch Care here.
Does Your Jewellery Have A Warranty?
We stand by all our Cendré pieces. On the instance you have any manufacturing issues with your Cendré piece/s within 1 year of purchase, we will replace it for you.

Pre Order Information
Pre Order Information
For all Pre Orders, please note that the 'Dispatch By' date is to be used as a GUIDE ONLY. Items may be shipped before or after this date, pending on when we receive the products to our warehouse.
What Does Pre Order Mean?
When an item is available for “Pre Order”, it is currently not in stock but is due for restock.
Purchasing through pre-order allows you to pay for the product before it is available for purchase. This secures that item when the product returns to the warehouse and is allocated to you before the stock goes back on the website.
Pre Order styles are usually sought after product and can sell out quickly when restocked. We recommend purchasing the item on Pre Order in the likelihood it sells out on Pre Order prior to restocking.
How Do I Know An Item Is On Pre Order?
If an item is on Pre Order, it will state in on the product listing as well as the button used to add the item to cart.
How Do I Know When An Item Is On Pre Order Is Expected To Arrive?
We advise in the product description of the Pre Order product when the item will be dispatched by. Please note, this is a guide only and an item can be shipped before or after the date advised.
If I Order A Pre Order & In Stock Item toegther, Will They Be Sent Separately?
If you are purchasing items that are both on Pre Order and In Stock, we suggest placing seperate orders.
If ordering both a Pre Order item and an In Stock item together, your order will be sent entirely once 'Pre Order' stock arrives.
