All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as CENDRÉ is not responsible for delays or lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

At the checkout you will have the option to select Standard or Express shipping. CENDRÉ offers Standard shipping on all domestic orders and free Express Shipping for orders over $150 AUD.  


All orders are sent via DHL Express or DHL E-ccomerce which is then forwarded onto your countries postal service for delivery. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information, as CENDRÉ is not responsible for any delays or for the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

Applicable custom taxes, fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, please check with your local customs office to get specific tax and duty information. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Can my order be tracked during delivery?

All orders have an Australia Post or DHL Express or DHL E-Ccomerce tracking number. Contacting these couriers and quoting your tracking number will enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders – once parcels have arrived in your country you will need to track your parcel via your countries postal service by quoting the same tracking number.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the delivery carrier. Other factors — like placing an order on a weekend or a bank holiday — may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.
