The safest way to ensure you are getting your package safely during this time is to select Express Shipping. All other services are operational at this stage, subject to delays. As air freight is used to deliver your packages worldwide, the reduction of passenger flights due to health and safety mean that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs & disrupted postal networks around the world.
The below destinations are limited to Express Shipping only via DHL Express network, as standard shipping routes have been suspended:
- South Korea
- Hong Kong
For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
