Where Is My Order Dispatched From?
Cendré HQ is situated on the Gold Coast, QLD. While we don’t have our own physical retail store, you can find us in many large retailers both nationally and internationally. See our Selected Retailers for more details.

International Taxes & Duties
All international packages are shipped DDP, meaning duties, tariffs and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout. There will be no additional customs charges payable on delivery.
Any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at the time of purchase so your parcel can be delivered without delay. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact our customer care team.
Can I Collect My Order?
Yes. If you are able to get to our warehouse, we have a click and collection option at checkout which is a free service.
You can collect your order during business hours on the days advised to you at checkout.
Your order must be collected within 7 business days. If your order is not collected we will refund your item.
If something occurs and you are unable to get to us, please contact us immediately to arrange your order to be shipped to you. Shipping fee's apply.
I Need My Order Quickly, What Is The Quickest Way To Receive it?
The safest way to get your order to you in a quick timeframe is by selecting our Express Shipping option at checkout. Please note, our handling services are available only during business hours. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on the following business day.
Please note, business days may be subject to change and delays may occur during peak seasons (Promotions, Holidays etc).
We will do our best to notify if there are any potential delays prior to ordering.
What Happens If I'm Not Home To Receive My Order?
If you're not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to notify you of attempted delivery. The calling card will advise you of where your parcel is to collect.
Please note, attempted delivery is outside of our control. If you have any issues please contact us regarding this issue and we will assist as best as we can. We also recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Cendré items, however If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a Credit Note, Refund Or Exchange on your purchase.
Please note, we are unable to process earrings for a return due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Watches must not be resized.
All items marked as FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed faulty.
Sadly, we do not offer exchanges on order made outside of Australia.

Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (please make sure you get a tracking number from the courier) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.

The cost of shipping on the returned item/s are at the expense of the customer. We offer free exchanges, meaning we will cover the cost of the exchange item only.
Pre Order Information
Pre Order Information
For all Pre Orders, please note that the 'Dispatch By' date is to be used as a GUIDE ONLY. Items may be shipped before or after this date, pending on when we receive the products to our warehouse.
What Does Pre Order Mean?
When an item is available for “Pre Order”, it is currently not in stock but is due for restock.
Purchasing through pre-order allows you to pay for the product before it is available for purchase. This secures that item when the product returns to the warehouse and is allocated to you before the stock goes back on the website.
Pre Order styles are usually sought after product and can sell out quickly when restocked. We recommend purchasing the item on Pre Order in the likelihood it sells out on Pre Order prior to restocking.
How Do I Know An Item Is On Pre Order?
If an item is on Pre Order, it will state in on the product listing as well as the button used to add the item to cart.
How Do I Know When An Item Is On Pre Order Is Expected To Arrive?
We advise in the product description of the Pre Order product when the item will be dispatched by. Please note, this is a guide only and an item can be shipped before or after the date advised.
If I Order A Pre Order & In Stock Item toegther, Will They Be Sent Separately?
If you are purchasing items that are both on Pre Order and In Stock, we suggest placing seperate orders.
If ordering both a Pre Order item and an In Stock item together, your order will be sent entirely once 'Pre Order' stock arrives.
