If ordering multiple items, we suggest ordering them as seperate orders if you would like the other items sent out first. If ordered together, your order will be sent out entirely once the pre-order styles arrive.

RETURNS
We want you to love your CENDRÉ items, however If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you an exchange, credit note, or refund on your purchase. Our returns policy is for 30 days from the delivery date (for both domestic and international orders).
Please note, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons so please choose carefully. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

We stand by the quality of our pieces and offer peace of mind with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, with proof of purchase. It covers new pieces only and excludes damage from misuse or wear.
Warranty claims must be submitted via email, and we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
